Flower Hill Farmers' Market

We’ve had such an amazing time with you Del Mar, but our time has come. This Saturday, August 27th will be our last day of the farmers’ market at Flower Hill Promenade.

We’d like to thank the community and our wonderful vendors for joining us every Saturday at the Flower Hill Farmers’ Market! We hope you’ll continue to support farmers by shopping locally and visiting our vendors at the other local farmers’ markets!

This Saturday at the market, we have a special guest in store for you all! Author Elizabeth Kaplan will be discussing and signing copies of her gluten-free cookbook “Fresh from Elizabeth’s Kitchen” as well as provide yummy samples from her gluten-free line of mixes “The Pure Pantry”!

A little about Elizabeth:

As a culinary expert, educator, and health-conscious mother, Elizabeth Kaplan seemed destined to launch The Pure Pantry. She engages her passion for education and nutrition through the development of new products and through interactive classes for managing a gluten free lifestyle. Prior to founding the company, Elizabeth was a primary school teacher and art teacher for children of all ages. Before teaching, Elizabeth was a major fund raising executive for colleges and universities, medical centers and arts institutions. She has decades of formal training in the culinary arts and is also credited as a contributor in a popular cook book.

This Saturday, Coconut Cafe by the Sea will be featuring “Naked Coconut Chocolate Chip nut bars”.  They are very popular; delicious, organic, and gluten-free!

Also, they’ll have coconut macaroons which are also raw, organic, and also Gluten free.  If you’re a coconut addict like we are, you’re in luck because they now sell coconuts by the half case and full case.  Interested parties can order online on our website or email by Tuesday noon for pick up at the farmers market on Saturday.

Our Farmers’ Market is in need of a nut vendor! If you know someone who’s particularly nutty, please send them our way and ask them to contact market manager Kent Borg at 909.382.1398.

Start your morning off right by enjoying a delicious gourmet breakfast at the Flower Hill Farmers’ Market! New to the market, starting this Saturday are the delicious sweet and savory crepes from Cassie’s Crepes and a number of new breakfast vendors including freshly made mini donuts and freshly squeezed certified organic orange juice! Top that off with a gourmet coffee from Sienna Caffe and you’re good to go!

Also, this Saturday, we’re helping you prep for summer with our beach ball giveaway at the information booth! Be sure to make your first stop at the info booth, the first 50 people to come by will receive a FREE Flower Hill beach ball!

The market is OPEN today and we’re celebrating Easter by giving out candy filled Easter eggs at the info booth! Stop by and pick one up!

Good news! We’re letting you sleep in!

We’ve been listening to the suggestions and comments from our customers and vendors and we’ve decided to change our market hours to an hour later.

The *new* Flower Hill Farmers’ Market hours which will take effect this Saturday, April 9th are from 9am-1pm.
